Back in the day things were different in the sign world. Signs were hand-drawn and painted, designs were simple and permits were non-existent. But that was then and this is now. The signage and graphics industries are continually evolving. Products and materials are exploding.
There was a time when the only way to find a good sign company (other than a personal referral) was a good search in the Yellow Pages. Imagine this..there are some young folks who probably don't even know what the term "Yellow Pages" means. Not only that, many sign companies no longer put their marketing dollars in the Yellow Pages. Nor do they keep a Yellow Page directory on site.

Responsiveness
In this day and age the term responsiveness has different meanings. It has always been important for any business to be "responsive" to their customers. A good sign company knows that answering their phone and email in a timely fashion, as well as all of those other important product details, is critical to providing superior customer service. This is the reason that Vital Signs does every thing possible to make the process of obtaining signs and graphics as "hassle-free" as possible. We answer our phone and emails and keep our customers updated on their projects. We come to you! When necessary, we can come to your location to discuss your signage/graphics needs; show you material samples; discuss your design concept and more. Though we don't offer delivery as a regular service, we are happy to bring your completed sign(s) if we're coming your way and they fit in our vehicle. If not, we are happy to ship them to you. Now we can't eliminate the permitting requirements/process..because that's out of our hands. But we do our best to make you happy that you chose Vital Signs as your sign company of choice. It is important to us to both earn and keep your business!
